Founder
Elenora Beysolow, MSN, RN
Every day, I saw talented nurses giving their all. Saving lives, supporting patients, and leading teams while navigating systems that did not always maximize their potential. I realized there was a better way to support them and the organizations they serve.
That insight became 731 Nursing Consultation. Since 2021, we have partnered with healthcare teams to strengthen clinical practice, cultivate leadership, and elevate patient care, guided by our pillars of compassion, excellence, integrity, and courage.
I am a registered nurse (RN) with a Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN). I am dedicated to advancing nursing practice, empowering teams, and shaping a brighter future for healthcare.
