Founder + CEO
Elenora Beysolow, RN, MSN
While exploring innovative approaches to solve complex healthcare organization challenges, Elenora Beysolow founded 731 Nursing Consultation.
Established in 2021on the principles of compassion, excellence, integrity, and courage, Elenora’s vision for the organization is that it will add to the nursing practice and community. In her role as CEO, she helps to build a learning culture that positively influences patient care.
Elenora is a registered nurse and holds a Master of Science degree from Queens University of Charlotte in nursing education.
